You Say You Love Yourself, But Then You're the First Person to Beat Yourself Up

You say you love yourself, but then you’re the first to beat yourself up.

The reason is that there are so many limited beliefs tied to your actions, your inactions, and especially your results. If you don’t study, you get bad grades. The teacher looks down on you, or you feel your parents’ disappointment. As a result, you start to tie your actions, inactions, and results to your worthiness. Over time, you’re constantly telling yourself you’re not good enough, you’re lazy, you’re not smart enough, what’s wrong with you.

Every time you beat yourself up, you’re holding negative emotions, you’re repeating negative thoughts, and that’s holding the whole of your being low and often stuck. And then, if you do take action, and you don’t receive the results when you want them, you go and beat yourself up again.

When you clear these limited beliefs energetically and shift into YOUR UNAPOLOGETIC POWERFUL SELF, you will know that your worth is not tied to your efforts or the results. You will have more energy and motivation to work towards your goals, and not let the outside influences stop you or keep you stuck.

To REPROGRAM these limited beliefs, use verbal reprocessing statements and global energy to step into a more POWERFUL AUTHENTIC HIGHER VERSION OF YOURSELF.
