Why You Have Triggered Reactions

After you share your opinion with someone and they have a completely different opinion than you, you have such a strong negative reaction that you want to pull your hair out and blast your opinion even more strongly.

The reason you have such a strong reaction is that you hold limited beliefs fueling your thoughts, which create the emotions you’re feeling. Examples of limited beliefs could center around self-doubt, unworthiness or feeling safe. So, when someone says or does something that feeds into your self-doubt or fears, you react with words, emotions, or actions, attempting to deflect it. (Anger can also dampen feelings of self-doubt and unworthiness, at least temporarily.)

When you remove the limited beliefs that are feeding the self-doubts and feelings of unworthiness, you'll be able to step into your UNAPOLOGETIC SELF, and feel more connected to who you are. You'll remain calm and peaceful, and continue the conversation in a neutral or even friendly way. Knowing you are a POWERFUL INFINITE BEING that isn’t dependent on others’ opinions, you’ll be less triggered by others.

To REPROGRAM these limited beliefs, use verbal reprocessing statements and global energy to step into a more POWERFUL AUTHENTIC HIGHER VERSION OF YOURSELF.
