How to Leap Out of Your Comfort Zone

The night before, you set your alarm for 6 a.m. and promise to head to the gym before work. However, when the alarm goes off, you press the snooze button, then do it again, and eventually, it’s too late to go to the gym before you go to work.

After work, you try again but end up scrolling on your phone. You know it’s good for your health, but you still can’t muster the energy to do it. Your intentions are great, but the reason is that you don’t know how to manage your energy, and you’re leaking energy by living out of your limited beliefs. These beliefs have low vibration, and your thoughts are going non-stop. Also, when it comes to doing new things, your limited beliefs may be feeding self-doubts, unworthiness, and fears that keep you stuck in your comfort zone. Your comfort zone is familiar, and you feel safe, even though you're unhappy or dissatisfied with the status quo.


When you release the limited beliefs fueling your negative thoughts and step into your UNAPOLOGETIC POWERFUL SELF, you’ll have more energy and feel more motivated and passionate to jump out of your comfort zone and take new actions to create a more fulfilling life.
